Introducing Molly V.: Leadership Advisory, Keynote Speaking, and a New Chapter

Today I am sharing something that has been a long time coming.

After more than twenty years leading inside a family-owned manufacturing company, I am officially launching my own platform: MollyV.com.

This is not a pivot. It is a continuation. Everything I do now is built on the same foundation that shaped my leadership for over two decades: clarity, courage, and the belief that the best decisions are never made alone.

What I Am Building

MollyV.com is home to my keynote speaking, leadership advisory, and coaching practice. It is for leaders who carry more than most people know. Leaders navigating succession, growth, hard conversations, and the kind of decisions where business and personal are impossible to separate.

If you have led a family business, you understand what I mean. When you are working with your mom, your dad, your siblings, your spouse, or your kids, the business decisions are never just business decisions. If you have been there, you know.

Why Now

I spent 20+ years in senior leadership of a family-owned manufacturing company, including 8 years as President with full P&L responsibility. I navigated succession, led through uncertainty, and learned what it takes to hold a business together while holding a family together at the same time.

That experience is not something you learn from a textbook. And I realized there are leaders everywhere who are carrying similar weight, making similar decisions, and doing it largely alone.

I do not want that for them.
